My breakfast is Oatmeal or something similar with a fruit snack, protein and veggies for lunch with another fruit snack in the afternoon or protein shake, then more protein and veggies for dinner.
Only time I have issues now is when I haven't stuck to the schedule.
Hope it helps and good luck. Last time it happened to me was Easter Sunday at church and I nearly passed out. Had to be helped to a bench and then assisted to my car. Talk about embarassing!

Yep same thing happens to me. I've found that if I eat Raisin Bran for breakfast it drops like that. I guess too much sugar. I'm bad about not eating much during the day and than loading up late night. But, yes it is scary. I try and keep peanut butter crackers in my purse. I've also noticed this seems to be a common problem for those of us further out.
