My son is so Happy I just can't not say enough for him

Wow, now this is just awesome, it makes me cry as I am typing this (tears of joy). He is going to be able to fight the horrible monster of Obesity that has been taking his life. As we sat down yesterday and talked to the surgeon, I could see and hear how obesity has affected his life, which I did know this, but it was a reality check. Makes me get back on track again. I just thank God that we have the opportunity to have the tool to help us. You know as a parent it is different to hear all the things for your child, I can go on and on about this. My son is kinda a shy guy, but hopefully everyone will save his a seat on the losers bench. I am hoping to introduce him at the OH conference in Dallas. He is all ready to start is shakes as he had his first one lastnight. Which now I am a advocare dist. Bonus for me too. Sorry I had to write a long post, but I am a proud mom Please keep Tyler in prayer on his big day August 4th @ 7:30

How old is your son?

Hi Lynne....I will answer that for Robin....Tyler is 18.   He just graduated from High School like my son did.    Tyler is a good kid and I for one are so very happy for him that he is taking the "BULL" by the horns at such a young age and going to have the life that he has always dreamed of !!!!      You have a great day !!!

Robin.....I can't begin to tell you how very happy that I am for you and for Tyler.     I know that this "life changing" surgery will do just that for him.....Give him a NEW life and such a bright future.   It is such a shame what we all have to go through in this life in order to get healthy.    So glad that God blessed Tyler with such a precious Momma to hold his hand and give him suggestions along the way to his very successful journey.    I for one will be praying BIG TIME for both of you as he begins this journey !!!   I wish him much much success with his WLS and with his future life endivers.

 Thanks Vivian, I too feel that I will benefit from this, after all he cant do the liquids alone. OK maybe I am not doing all liquids but I am cutting back. He has cut way back. Today he has had 3 shakes and a diet frozen dinner  Not bad I am proud
