July Journey Tuesday

What's your journey like this month?  Where have you gone...to a good place, where you usually go, or a new exciting place?

I did okay yesterday.  I did eat dessert last night and a big dinner, but not much the rest of the day.  A least the spicy crackers are gone.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks, working on protein coffee right now
squash torte for lunch (has egg/cheese in it)
steak and salad, maybe some potato for dinner...have to grill outside

What's your map like today for your journey?

I saw an Oprah show about this same struggle and her 40 lb. wt. gain.  that girl needs a lapband and she would be skinny again!  At least she admitted how hard it was.  I saw she interviewed Carney Wilson and she was saying the same thing as us about the struggle even w/ surgery.

Hi Karla & TMB,

Yesterday was not good, TOO MANY CARBS.  I really need to watch my fruit intake.  My scale was up 1.5 lbs this morning.  I am not happy, at all. 

Today's Master Plan:
 - Gym (already went this morning, before work)
 - Lots of water
 - Track all food intake & activity
 - B'fast, Lunch & Snack: Turkey, cheese, sm. salad, fluffy stuff, and only 1/2c of berries
 - Dinner: Steamed Tilapia & asparagus
 - NO evening/bedtime snacking

That's the plan.....

I did semi- good on yesterday. I did hit the track and walked 2 miles.

Today's agenda

B- protein drink, and cashews
S- cottage cheese and fruit
l- lean pocket
s-carbmaster yoguart and protein shake
d- ????

water, vitamins, and hitting the track again today if mosquitos don't pack me off.
