Oh how sad... As a pet owner, I would die if something happened to one of my babies. My dogs are allowed to go out to potty, but I don't let them stay out more than 10 or 15 minutes with this heat. There are times I have to go out and pick them up and make them go inside. I thin****ep the house to cool for them. Three are Dachshunds, which don't like cold temps and the other is a Pekipom and is solid black.
I feel so bad for these people who lost their baby.
