Grateful Post..

Good Morning..

Today I am grateful..

That five years ago I had this life saving surgery..

For Yvonne for answering the email that led to me having the surgery.. I love you..

For Debra who still talks to me although I ignored her for a year..  I love you..

For all the friends, and enemies, that I have made since the surgery they have made me what I am today..

For being able to pay it forward.. Please take your vitamins..

Today I am grateful for this grateful post...
Even though I don't post, I read it because it means so much because I have so much to be grateful for.

Today I am grateful for air conditioning

Today I am grateful for helping those little furry fuzz ball kittens and being able to catch all of them even though I have no idea what I'll do next.

Today I am grateful for my abundant life and all the friends that mean so much to me.
Thank you to all of you...

So grateful today for Ramon, Debra and Yvonne for all their "words of wisdom" to us all.   Grateful for this daily post !!!  We DO need to be reminded so many times of ALL the things that we have to be grateful for.     I am grateful today for my WLS, family and friends.   Obesity Help for this AMAZING journey that I am on and for all the words of wisdom shared by people that have gone before and after me on this journey.   SO grateful for Support Groups !!!

For the jump in the scale that got me back on the wagon...

For all those vets here who are dedicated to paying it forward, making my journey so much smoother.

For the clouds and gentle rain today...we need the rain and the drop in temps are so welcome!

for YOU even though U ignored ME TOO for a year. Im so priviledged and honored that I was a recipient of your pay it foward. LOOK at what YOU have succeeded in doing??

I have been and still am a pebble to others...

my work meeting went smooth.

for my boys having great grammas and how they love to spend time w/ both giving me and the hub a break.

CONGRATS DIMPLES!  I MISS YOU & ALL THE GANG.  SEEMS THIS OLE LADY HAS SETTLED INTO MARRIED LIFE SO I DON'T COME ON AS MUCH ANYMORE.  I DO THINK OF YOU OFTEN & ALL MY GOOD FRIENDS OUT HERE.  I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.
