take the rest of my vits today (got the first batch in with my morning shake)

I ate pretty much what I wanted yesterday.   I had protein coffee for breakfast and an Atkins protein shake later in the morning.  For lunch I had a burrito bowl (3/4 of it) at Mission Burrito so at least I didn't have the tortilla!  I had popcorn at the movies.  Had a piece of blueberry pie later, and then some nuked bbq chicken nuggets for dinner, but didn't eat but a couple.  Had a few raisins and the last of the evil spicy crackers before bedtime.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
meatloaf for lunch
pork tenderloin, salad, squash torte for dinner
EXERCISE at some pt. today!

Hello all!  Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. 

Back from vacation and today was the 1st day to get on the scale since Tuesday.  Lost 3lbs.  I now am only 4lbs away from my personal goal. 

This months goals are as follows:

Vits in
Walk in
Protein in
Post
Quit smoking
Hit goal weight of 150!!

For today, vits in, walk in, protein going in now and posting.

I have already taken my vitamins and drank (1) protein drink.

B- protein shake and some cashews
s- yoguart
l- brisket and beans
s- cottage cheese
d- brisket and beans

water, water, water, gonna attempt to get on treadmill today or may try out a new workout center at park

I plan on hitting the gym after work tonight, started going back yesterday, boy did it feel good.

vitamins when I got up this morning
ate oatmeal with nuts
fat free sugar free Carmel lota from Starbucks
getting my water in

Hi Everyone,

I am really trying to do well on my journey this month.  I'm sooooo close to goal, it's unbelievable even to me.

Today:
 - Already hit the gym...
 - Drink lots of water (setting alarm on my cell to make sure this happens)
 - Take all my vitamins ( already took my morning batch)
 - B'fast, Lunch & Snack: Turkey, Cheese, Almonds, Grn Fluffy Stuff & berries
 - Dinner: Steamed Fish & Asparagus
 - Will try to squeeze in a 30 min. leisurely walk this evening if it's not raining in Houston, TX
