I didn''t know you could can okra alone - grandmother and I always did it with tomatoes and I buy it frozen for winter soups - grew up hating okra - not from eating it but from piking it and canning it then discovered frozen NON *****ly okra 7 8 yrs ago and now keep it in the freezer all the time - nothing like it to make a stew rich and thick tasting

keep up yoru great aditute at work girlfriend - you know your job, you are good at it and if someone els isn't that is just to bad for them - these peeps have taken advantagouse of your compitance and giving nature before

Good morning all - had a bad moment last night when I thought the kids and I had killed the wireless internet - we have 2 desktops and we unhooked the one that had the router on it but very carfully moved the wireless router to the 2nd desk and then last night internet was screwy - grrrr - anyhow seems to be workign well this morning

feeling good and not to panicky over the 4DAYS left till I move - all I can say is Thank God the army pays for packers and movers b/c I have been able to spend the time I would have had to spend packing sorting, decluttering and cleaning so when we unpack in a week or two I will only have things we want and need and everything will be clean and dust free

planning on painting and putting fabric up on the walls before our household goods get there so we can feel more like a home and less like housing - doing one wall in our room and our bathroom in sage greeen, K is getting black and lime green triangles of fabric put up in his room and Rach is getting bright pink, red and orange fabric put up in her room plus we are swapping out her closet doors for curtians b/c I do not like the idea of her having folding closet doors - keep seeing pinched little fingers - teen says he just wants posters up no paint we will see - if he finds paint or fabric he wants then we will put it up
thinking I want to put up something in the living room just not sure what but it will be bright and colorfull - might end up putting up the white and red flowered fabric on the walls on the living room end, making curtians out of that for the sliding glass door and dinnig room - no clue at ALL on kitchen, downstairs bath or breakfast nook
you can paint army hosueing as long as you repaint and pulll all wall paper down when you move - well a $15 can of kills  is way way worth feeling like my home is really my home

other than that and getting ready for my test tomorrow and final wed I am not doing a whole lot LOL trying to stay sane and not drive my kids crazy

Woke up at 1:45am to DD's car alarm.  No clue why it was beeping and then I could not for the life of me figure out how to get the danged thing OFF!!  And the pouch is grouchy......nice way to start the week, right?!?!?

Ok, enough with the negative "stuff"!  Like Danni said, VITS, WATER, PROTEIN first and MOVE your body!!!  {{{HUGS}}} and prayers to all my TMB family!

Good morning.  Need to get myself in high gear and pay some bills, then make a run to HEB and Lowe's to get some groceries and home repair stuff.  Ben and I are going to chip the grout out of the kitchen cabinet top and re-grout.  We need to clean and paint the cabinets after that.  I hope by wed. we'll be done.

Good Monday Morning My TMB Family,

Sounds like everyone had a good long weekend.  Our long weekend is still going on.  Mark is off today wich is nice for us.  We are taking Eric to the church where the van will pick him up for camp, and then we are going to a friends house for a BBQ.  Really looking forward to it.  It will be weird all week without Eric here but I am sure I will find things to do.  I know I have stuff to get ready for VBS next week.  I am going to call the Gastro doctor this week sometime and get an appt so I can have another scope done before we leave.  My Ulcer has been acting up big time.  Thank God for Papaya and my Bentil.  Gina, I hope you know that you truly are an Angel.  Any person that has you by their side as they get ready to pass on is truly blessed.  Ok I need to get in the shower and get myself going.  Prayers for those in need this mornig, especiall for Robin and her husband, and for Lynette and she heads on her interview today.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.  Michelle

Good morning everyone,

Had a very nice weekend.  Got lots of Matty time but still waiting on that all important question.  This is a tough week for me.  It's a year ago that my MIL Teresa passed away from cancer.  I also dread my birthday coming up.  I know, I'm weird, but it's also my ex's birthday and he made it misery for me.  But enough about me. 

Matty's car is in the shop this morning.  Praying they will fix it under warrenty for the work that was done a few months back.  It's leaking fuel in the area that they did work on it.  He had to take off work today so hopefully they can get it done today.

GOOD MORNING-way later than normal for me. Slept in because I'm taking Bryan to the doctor this morning to get his staples out. Then I'm going to work. Woke with a horrible sinus headache-that's no fun. Its gone now but I feel groggy from the medication I guess. I slept way more than I normally do last night- from 9pm-7:30am. That's probably why I feel groggy.
We had a good weekend-low keyed which was nice.
Lynette-good luck on your interview. Nina-I'm sure you're already impressing them at your new job by now! Robin-keeping your family in prayers.

Good Morning OH Family!

Hope everyone had a safe and wonderful 4th. I had a wonderful weekend. Started Friday with dinner and fun night at Pete's with peeps. Saturday a looooong and needed nap. And yesterday babysat Allie. We went and saw the movie UP,went over Debbi's, and went out to eat. Getting ready for my interview at 1pm. Laid out my "interview suit" I've not interviewed for a job in 17 years! But I will just be myself and see what happens. Well better get another cup of coffee and get things done. Prayers for speedy recovery for our Debbi.
