I 've been bouncing around with my weight and it's driving me crazy...I know, short trip. But this traveling is horrible, epecially when you are stuck in a little town and are not in control of where or when you eat.  So, consequently, I am back up to 150.7. I've got to get it back under control before I hit the airports again on the 15th...

This is my sad story, how did you do over the holiday weekend?


Highest weight: 252
Surgery weight: 238
weight 2 weeks ago: 149.4
Today's Weight: 150.7
Total weight loss: 101.3

Weight GAIN: 1.3 and it's no one else's fault but my own!!!! Pulling My Hair Out Back to the grind!!!

this maintenance and trying to eat a 'normal' way sucks big dogs.  I have gone past my OKAY limit and it's NOT OKAY.  I am just sick that it is happening.

I have to reign it in now .. course in 4 days is vacation and that will be so difficult.

breath Mari - did you know NORMAL healthy woman have a "range" for weight? a 2-5 range for your weight is ok and NORMAL

I am 3 1/2 yrs out and have a 5 pound bounce as I call it - I drop down to 212 and up to 217 - now when I see 215. 216 I start to pay better attention to what I eat and work out a little harder so I get back to the bottom of my range - then relax at 212 or so stay there a while and repeat - it is ok to do so - I picked up the range thing from a book - curves maybe? and it makes total sence b/c I can put on 2-3 pounds of water weight over night EASY so this way I don't wig out on myself

Out of town with no scale - kind of makes me happy today!  LOL

We had an excellent weekend that included way too much "junk" food and there may or may not have been some major alcohol involved Friday!

I'll chime in again next Monday and hoping that I see 15-something on the scale.

Yes this maintain stuff is HARD.  I'm not a happy camper today, I didn't overdo it this weekend and I'm up 4 1/2 freakin pounds.  So 139.2 lbs today, I feel aweful, my clothes are tight and I'm not going to buy anymore.

I have to see 130 again, maybe I'll get my mind in geer and start drinking water like I'm suppose to and pushing the protein shakes instead of so much food.  Ugggghhhhhh

Traveling will wreak havoc on a diet.  I always gain weight when I travel, so I don't travel much... I know you have to and can't get away from it.  Take a couple of deep breaths and let them out.  Now you are ready to start fresh and lose that weight.

Well, misery loves company so I guess I will join you guys.  I was down to 156.0 earlier in the week, but the 3-day weekend did me in.  No mystery - my neighbor brought me fresh blueberries and I made a pie (not SF) and enjoyed it waaaay too much.  It was quite a treat for my family because I hardly ever bake stuff like that except holidays.  It also showed me how easy it is to slip back into old bad habits - UGH! 

And I just realized that the 14 bags of blueberries that I went to the trouble of measuring out 1 cup each and freezing into baggies for protein smoothies is still at home in my freezer dammit!  I was going to have a smoothie this afternoon with some IDS vanilla cinnamon protein powder.  Guess I'll have it for a late snack tonight.

Not bad for a holiday weekend.  I am in the big fat middle of a stall.  I can't get past this level.  I could...I just have to shift into a higher gear.  Not sweatin it!  I am like 40 away from goal, and that is mostly skin that I can't shake until after we try to have a baby.  That's my psychosis, and I am stickin to it for now.
