Just a thought!

For those of you bringing sides dishes...I have TONS of large plastic serving spoons and tongs so don't worry with bringing your own.

Karla, I also have big bowls for the watermelon.

What else do we need?

 

Do we need to plan to bring bags of ice as well?  50 folx can go through some serious ice!

Jennifer we're going to go to the ice machine Saturday morning and buy ice for "clean" and dirty (?) coolers. We'll have one to scoop out clean ice for the tea and lemonade and one to ice down bottled water or keep wine bottles/beer chilled if needed.

I vote for posting the recipes on TMB so those who can't make it *sniff* can still enjoy the recipes!

After last years party we posted them on the TMB so everyone could have them.  In fact I was hoping Annette would bring her fruit dip again this year cuz it was my favorite thing from last year.

Sounds great to me!  I keep most of my recipes on my pc in Word format as well.  I could make up some hard copies as well.

Can't wait!  It's gonna be fun!

BBQ sauce - Go to Krogers when they have BBQ sauce 69 cents a bottle. Buy 4 bottles.

Bottled water - go to sam's. Buy couple cases water. leave in car with towel over them till you get to dfw.

Iced Tea - buy tea bags. Get CLEAN milk jugs with screw on lids from mom. Wait till you get to LL's to make tea so its fresh. 


Ok so.  Steph. im also bringing iced tea. Do i need pink and yellow stuff as well? no biggie just lemme know :)
