happy 4th Wls Express

Happy 4th of July.
I got up early to take care of my grand-dogs at my daughters.
We used to keep Chloe(Yorkie) when my daughter was out of town
but they got a second dog-Bennigan(Westie) and my husband isn't
a dog person. I just go over and let them out and sit and read
while they play. Actually Bennigan is not a yapper like Chloe and he
is a very good dog.
Got my hair colored and now I need to go to Target/Walmart/or
Kohl's to find the magic foundation that is going to make my
watermelon hernia disappear.
Hope you have a great day. We are going to watch fireworks
in Mansfield this year. We usually go to Las Colinas-the Irving
Symphony plays and the fireworks are good. The traffic is
pretty miserable so we decided to try something new.

Happy 4th TMB!  Everyone enjoy the day!  DD turned 6 on Thursday, so, I spent 20 hrs decorating her cake over the last week.  We will be celebrating her birthday with my side of the family today.  Burgers on the grill, and I made a SF dessert for me:  protein brownie/protein ice-cream "cake".  It is in the freezer now.  I also made hummus from a recipe that sounded good:  Hummus made with zucchini instead of garbanzo beans.  It is really good.  Anywho, have a great day!

Did you try to post a picture of the cake?? If so do it again it didn't go through! If not I would love to see the magical castle cake!!!

I didn't try to post the cake.  For some reason, I have never been able to post pics on OH, except in my profile.  DD's cake was Strawberry Shortcake's Estate.  I might try later to post a pic for you all to see!  I'll have to upload from my camera first.
