Here's mine:
lots of liquids...had 120 oz. yesterday
at least 2 protein drinks
Going to a fish fry for lunch...have layered salad to eat w/ fish
Adobo chicken quesadillas for dinner
Make good choices...but it is a HOLIDAY...enjoy yourself and be safe!

Happy 4th of July TMB!
I will behave all the way up until this evening and then we are celebrating the 4th at my sister's home. I will not go overboard because I am too happy with what the scale is saying this morning 196.4! I will eat mostly meat and maybe a TBSP of each side dish and just a couple of bites of cake/dessert. I would like to to see 195 prior to July Journey Monday!

Hi Everyone,
Well.....I realized yesterday that the holiday is going to make good/health food choices & portion control more of a challenge than I anticipated. -- I ate WAY TOO MUCH yesterday. I tried to make good food choices, but it was rough. With family in town, exercises, and stuff, I didn't even get around to logging my food intake.
Today, I'm determined to do better. I woke up early and went for a nice walk with my friend. I had a good healthy breakfast and some nice cool water. Now, I plan to work on my meal plan for the day. Will make extra effort to get the water in for the day, always a challenge for me.
Anyhow.....HAPPY 4TH OF JULY, everyone.
