Coffee...
Just TRY to take to take away my coffee...OR take away my coffee, then TRY to live with me..
either way...YOU LOSE!!!!
We all know caffeine is bad for you, WLS or not...yadda yadda yadda...
But...we are adults and are smart enough to make choices...
For me...I drink TWICE as much WATER as I do COFFEE, most days, so you KNOW I must be toting a glass ALL the time (and I pretty much am!!)...but this works for ME, and MY lifestyle...
JESSICA...you are doing a FANTASTIC job on your journey-go one have you some coffee, if you want it, girl-just do not let it TAKE THE PLACE of water and nutrition

Thanks so much for the encouragement. At times, it seems like weight loss is my life. The do's and don'ts, etc... What aides and hinders weigh loss. Sometimes, it's just about ENJOYING it... I do enjoy my coffee, but at the same time do not want to prevent my weight loss tool from doing it's job.
It's frustrating at times.... I wish my life wasn't so consumed with weight and food.
Thanks for saying that I am doing a fanastic job on my journey... I wish that I say the success with my eyes at times... more often!

In fact, if I had to give up coffee to have WLS, coffee would have won. Yes, I love it that much.
I couldn't tell you if it slows weight loss down or not since I haven't ever quit drinking it. I always throw a scoop of protein in my morning coffee so it's not a total nutritional waste LOL.
