What was the name of the foundation garmet-Spanx?

Our son's wedding is a week from Saturday. I have the dress.
I also have a huge hernia . I usually wear Flexies but the
have a seam that shows under my dress and so I am searching.
Where can I find the Spanx other than on line? Anyone know?

I think Macy's carries Spanx.

Dillards has Spanx but its pricey. Just a warning. When I wear dresses, I buy Assetts at Target-its made by the same lady that makes Spanx- $20 for panty hose but they have a wonderful control top that goes all the way up to the bra line and they make my legs look good too! You can find it in Target with the hose.

at Kohls and Macy's. I'll check Target and see if the less
expensive works before I head for the high $$.

ANITA...good old Walmart has a brand called "Cupid", that may work just as well for you...they come in all different styles/colors...and are a whole lot cheaper...i have drawers full of shapewear pieces, and it seems the Cupid one sare the ones I always seem to reach for most often-they are the most COMFY (very inportant!!)...Congrats on the wedding--we'll be waiting for pics of you in that dress, ya know!!

Thank you. My Flexies have an elastic fringe on the seams. They
still work great but not for this dress. I ams having a time
loosing the last 10 pounds but I have only been exercising
since Mar. due to the fistulas and wounds that won;t heal.
We had to evacuate at work yesterday and we are on the
second floor. When we got back to our desk, my
co-workers said Anita is the only one that is not
gasping for air after the 2 floor treak. They were
red in the face. I do so love Dr. C. and my RNY.

They are probably all made by the same little
Chinese children. Maybe they are cousins?
Do you suppose it is a promotion to go from
Walmart to Target to Dillards and the ultimate
Nieman Marcas. They probably can really
thumb their little noses when they can make
undergarmets for Nieman...

We do have Spanx!! Quite frankly I like the ones from Target better! i think the companies are subsidieries of each other!!
