lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
tuna w/ grapes for lunch and a few crackers
meatloaf for dinner
trail mix
fruit for snack w/ low fat fruit dip

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
My journey leads me to PS today! I weighed 198 this morning. I am anxious to see if the surgery will have an effect on my weight and I am sure it will. Of course, my weight after the first week or two may go up. However, it will be a nice trade to see what I hope to be a smooth figure. I will be leaving shortly and I really appreciate the support that I receive from you and others on the board.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Today's Plan:
- Making an extra effort to get more water in. I'm even setting a timer to go off every 10 min.
- Vitamins are in for today
- B'fast, Lunch & Snack:
Turkey, Cheese, Egg Whites, Almonds, Green Fluffy Stuff and Blue Berries
- 6:15pm - WLS Support Group Meeting
- Dinner: ??? Grilled Chicken Breast or Steamed Fish w/ veggies
*** Feeling a little guilty because I'm skipping the gym today.
