Honey I am just special, don't you know that yet!! Actually I haven't had a problem with akidney stone in 4 or 5 years--long before surgery. I am sure it has to do with more protein and still not enough water!! Lynette (Roomie and kidney stone expert) says I should hav 1oz h2o per gram of protein!! Oh God that means 20 more oz per day than I have been getting. Some days I feel like I am swimming inside!!!

Liz, don't let these uber women that go go go get you down!! you've only been a lil sick!! I have only been to doc,Sbux's and home which is where i am staying in the recliner till3!! Have to get car inspected (should have been done in March and I never noticed!) pick up script swing by Sbux and home again!!

you know.. i dont know why i think its perfectly fine for YOU to stay in the recliner (in fact i totally encourage it) but i dont think its ok for me to do it! lol.
