Grateful for my family and friends....today is my oldest son's 28 th birthday !!! Happy BDay Jonathan !!! Grateful for my health, WLS, furbabies, this post and Ramon for posting it daily even though I am know he doesn't feel like it sometimes !!! Grateful for all the wonderful people on the TMB and the ones on OH !! Grateful for support groups that give us the encouragement that we need to be successes !!! Grateful for my health and my life !!!!

for YVONNE! Was looking back at older photos and reading comments and this CLASSY LADY is simply ONE OF A KIND! I am continually honored and forever grateful she came into my life.
for the simple, quick and easy dinner last night that my men devoured.
its almost a 3 day weekend!
I FINALLY posted my pic that was my inspiration for SEVEN years as I tried to have surgery. THAT pic is what has ALWAYS kept me going.
