Today is my one year anniversary and I am down 93lbs.

and encouragement. I have spent many hours
reading the great receipes and tips.
I went to a wonderful WLS conference i Irving this
past Saturday. One of the speakers said how many
have become addicted to the Food Channel and probably
more than half raised their hands. I said I also have
the great Danni and Debi-so no shortage of ideas.
I just have the 'get-around to-it" issue.
