shake
egg with ONE toast (keep making 2 and feeding the second one to kids or dog - but bad habit)
lunch out somewhere
left over steak with onion
egg rolls, wontons and lomein (giving a cooking lesson)
shake and/or homemade ice cream but not coffee flavor at night - berry maybe?
lots of water - gym time for the wieghts at least

My plan for today is to eat as few carbs as possible and I am actually considering trying the The Extreme Fat Smash Diet just to see what will happen with my body i.e. how I will feel and of course if I lose any weight.

Yesterday wasn't too bad...protein coffee for breakfast and then another protein drink later in the morning while on the road. PF Chang's for lunch and 1/2 potato w/ cheese and bacon bits for dinner. I did eat some leftover TX Trash for a snack after I got home and some trail mix.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks, working on protein coffee right now
have to see what we have for lunch and dinner since we've been gone!

I lost one 1 in June, but didn't exercise like I should. I WILL exercise starting in July...I have no excuse since I'm off work!

Not sure if goals will change for July. On July 25th, I will be 1 year out. Would like to lose this last 7 lbs. Have appointments with both Bonnor and Weinstein. Will see how labs come out. Have stayed good this year so hopefully won't have to go every 3 months this next year. Will work on writing about this experience. Also working on paying it forward. And finding that "thing" that makes my life worthy. Want to figure out how to "live each day as if it was your last". This has been on my mind alot lately.
Going back to Oregon for 10 days in August so need to work on getting some cloths together. It is really hard when you drop 20 sizes and don't even have cloths to just clean in or just lounge around in. Need to hit up some goodwill stores.
I will be gone to San Antonio for a couple days and then camping for the holiday weekend. Will post when I get back.

My big goal for July is to lose about 3-5 pounds so that I will be under where I was at my 1 year check up last year. I at least don't want to have gained anything from that appointment. So I will be very careful to follow the rules and do the things I kow I need to do to stay successful.
Yesterday's plan...
Protein shake, protein style In-n-Out burger, grilled salmon/veggies, and just a few bites of key lime pie (boy it was it yummy)!
Not sure what's on the menu for today... Having a protein shake for breakfast but the rest of the day is up for grabs. That's the hard part of being on vacation... not as easy to plan my menu each day.
