1).   What made you decide to have WLS ?? I wanted to have the surgery for years but never has insurance that covered it.  Soon as his insurance covered it we jumped on it!!

2)   How much have you lost thus far in your journey.  9months out and 80lbs lighter

3)   Do you have friends who have had WLS due to your success???  No but I find people now think of me as their diet and nutrition guru.

4)   What are your "new goals" in your life since your WLS.  Be even happier, go and do and see and have lots of sex

5)  How have you changed personally changed since WLS.  Yes and no, I am still the same person but now I am active all the time.  I just can't sit still.  I used to be very lazy and sit around all the time.  I am also busy bc I have new focuses eating and cooking healthy, exercising daily, finishing my degree at night.

6) What are your future goals in your life now.  Get a degree and start a new career.  Get to a single digit clothes size.  Stop giving into cravings and food desires.  Be happy with my husband and travel.

1).   What made you decide to have WLS ?? I was tired of having no energy, I wasn't a happy person, and I was not healthy.  I knew I had to do something... diets just didn't work for me as I would always gain my weight back plus some.

2)   How much have you lost thus far in your journey.  So far I have lost 137lbs and 11 more to go to reach my goal weight!

3)   Do you have friends who have had WLS due to your success??? No, but I have had several co-workers talk to me about thier options.

4)   What are your "new goals" in your life since your WLS. My immediate goals are to start my PS.  I will need 3 surgeries with the first one on July 22nd and then one in December and the last one next June.

5)  How have you changed personally changed since WLS.  I smile now and am more confident.  I just carry myself differently then before.

6) What are your future goals in your life now.  I want to enjoy my life by spending time with family and friends, I want to run a 1/2 marathon, and I want to spend more time with my photography.  I'm so use to being behind the camera.... the first thing I'm doing when I reach my goal weight is to have a family portrait taken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2)I ahve lost 100% of my excess weight but fluctuates in a 5lb range making my total weight loss on any given day 160-165 lbs!

3)Several got inspired had their surgery and we at goal by the time I finally got approval and several have been inspired since. Believe it or not all my prblems scared noone off of WLS!!!

4) New goals in life--live it all do it all concur my fears and look great doing it all!!

5)Instead of pretending to be confident I am (for the most part) I am a lot more easy going! I don't fell like I have to be perfect at everything else to make up for my weight failure!

6)Future goals, plastics, tatoo, pierced belly button, take belly dancing lessons,go to all the grandkids activities and not have them embaressed about "Fat Granny"!!

1).   What made you decide to have WLS ?? This is probably the oddest answer you'll get to this question, but I was 253 lbs. and I wanted to quit smoking, but I was afraid if I quit smoking, I'd end up 300 lbs. and that was not acceptible to me.

2)   How much have you lost thus far in your journey. 128 lbs.

3)   Do you have friends who have had WLS due to your success??? Nope. My non-OH friends don't know I've had WLS.

4)   What are your "new goals" in your life since your WLS. I don't really have different goals than I had before.

5)  How have you changed personally changed since WLS. I've learned I can use how I look for personal gain. Which can be a very dangerous thing if you let it.

6) What are your future goals in your life now. My current goals have nothing to do with weight loss. But they're to get a job, get moved and get on with my life.
