Hi Danni,
I took off Tuesday-Friday of last week and the scale shows it this morning. Thank goodness I walked even during my off time last week. I resumed low carbing on Saturday and will continue through Friday of this week. After that, I believe I am going to switch over to at least being able to have the good carbs.
I do not know when Karla will be back. I believe that she had decided on July Journal or Journal July.

Went grocery shopping yesterday with my dad and stocked up on lots of good healthy food!!!! Not sure what my food plans will be for today but I did start with a protein shake this morning.

I did well this weekend. Tried to be careful with all my food choices. Took an "off - day" on Saturday and just relaxed the entire day. On Sunday went for a nice walk with a girl friend early in the morning and cleaned house.
Today:
Woke up early this morning and went to the gym.
B'fast, Lunch & Snack:
Turkey Breast, Cream Cheese, Egg Whites & Almonds
Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast, Mixed Greens Salad, Cucumber, Chick Peas, Tomatoes w/ some Light Italian Dressing - DELICIOUS!
Need to improve on the water intake.
