how did you do this weekend - ready for the week?

did ok on foods I guess - I didn't make myself dump nor go over board on sugars - we won't discuss how much crab I can eat if I get up and talk in the middle LOL

todays plan
shake
eggs
leftover pizza
steak
more steak
no clue for dinner today - I know what tomorrow's is does that count LOL

wearing work out clothes to school so I can hit the gym b/c I gotta work out today

Hi Danni,

I took off Tuesday-Friday of last week and the scale shows it this morning.  Thank goodness I walked even during my off time last week.  I resumed low carbing on Saturday and will continue  through Friday of this week.  After that, I believe I am going to switch over to at least being able to have the good carbs. 

I do not know when Karla will be back. I believe that she had decided on July Journal or Journal July. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Vits in, walk in (added about a mile), protein going in now and posting.  Busy week as we are going to San Antonio for a dance competition and then coming home and straight to Yogi Bear to camp for the holiday weekend.

I thought Karla said she would be back on Tuesday and I don't remember what July is.

I did ok this weekend, been eating what my tummy will let me since I've had gastric issues this weekend, most things have been going through me. Started the day off ok, slight issues. Working both jobs today.  I'm going to try and hit the gym in between jobs today, so we will see how that goes.

oatmeal with nuts
cheese
frozen meal for lunch
protein bar
frozen meal for dinner
snack to be determined as the day progresses lolo

Good morning!!!  I survived a 20 hour drive to Arizona and I'm glad to be here!!!!!  Glad we don't have to make the return trip for a few weeks!!!  I've met my weight loss goal for the month!!!!  I can't believe I only have 11lbs to go to reach goal!!!!

Went grocery shopping yesterday with my dad and stocked up on lots of good healthy food!!!!  Not sure what my food plans will be for today but I did start with a protein shake this morning.

I think the title for July is July Journey???

I did well this weekend. Tried to be careful with all my food choices.  Took an "off - day" on Saturday and just relaxed the entire day.  On Sunday went for a nice walk with a girl friend early in the morning and cleaned house.


Today:

Woke up early this morning and went to the gym.

B'fast, Lunch & Snack:
Turkey Breast, Cream Cheese, Egg Whites & Almonds

Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast, Mixed Greens Salad, Cucumber, Chick Peas, Tomatoes w/ some Light Italian Dressing - DELICIOUS!

Need to improve on the water intake.
