it means u should be getting ready to have a great week!!

check em off as you get em done peeps

vits and pills ready - packed for the week
healthy foods - menu at the very least - pack up some easy to eat/grab protien foods - slice and pack that roast - grill a chicken breast- slice the cheese - count out the little baggies of crackers, pretzels nuts etc

ready to move - got clean work out clothes? work out time on the calender? PUT IT THERE YOU ARE WORTH THE TIME - pack a gym bag if you need to

water and CL - find, wash and fill the bottles or grab your change and packs of flavor whatever works for you but you MUST stay hydrated

something just for you for mental health - dinner Fri sounds good to me but if you can't join us for that how about a pedi or mani on the calander or time to finish a good book, read your scriputures, sit in the quiet alone - just something that is good for your mental health

Love this post! For the past three Sundays now, I have read it and have smiled! It's good to know that 'we' are worth it! We are worth some R&R every now and then-- instead of always doing for others! I love the quote, "remember we all had our surgerys to be healthy- do what you need to"... Very true! Thanks for reminding us, and keeping us on a weekly check in!

Just wanted to say, thanks, for all these great suggestions.  Did a few things last night after reading this and they really helped this morning.  I prepped my baggies w/ nuts, my vitamins and prepped gym clothes too.  LOVE IT!

Glad they helped - they are things I need to be reminded of - it is easy for me to get stuff ready for the kids and hubby for the week but take time to prep for me ummm not so much:)

and I KNOW KNOW KNOW how much better my eating and health is when I have stuff ready to go - so I post it for me too - I am trying to post something along these lines EVERY sunday but we will see
