Sunday WLS Express
Headed over to Sunflower Bakery for brunch with JanetW and her son this morning before they sail away on their cruise. Not much else planned for the day; might catch some rays on the beach and do some laundry but that's all on my agenda for the day.
Wish I coulda been at the dinner and after party last nite but I had a blast at Fish Tales with Janet and her son.......too bad I can't figure out how to split myself in two pieces.

I'm hurrying...trying to post while it's still morning. Had a great time at dinner and then the after party last night. Was up til 1am and then back up at 7 this morning.
I decided to buy a few flowers for the front of the house. So this morning we made a Lowe's run and when we got home I started planting them. Well...my spade broke in half plus I decided I needed some "dirt" to mix in with that dry dust in my flower bed. So it was off to Walmart. Now I'm home and it's too HOT to plant anything. Jeesh, where did the morning go? I'm thinking I better stay inside and do laundry and dishes. Poor Clay's already mowed the front yard and is now putting the gas grill together. At least one of us is productive today.
TRY to stay cool and hydrated. I'lll check back later.
