Good morning Train Riders!  Going to have to change my routine and start posting from home cause I sure haven't had time to do it at work lately.  Yesterday was a good busy day.  Got my pre-op stuff done finally.  I had an 8am appt, but the doc forgot to fax down my orders.  Oops, bad thing is they didn't open till 9am, so I had to wait around and then all he wanted was 3 vials of blood.  Oh well, it's done.  Work was busy and I'm making some progress on some of my projects.  Then went and got a hair cut, then home to hang with Jeff.

Today looks like it will be about the same.  I'm going in early to make up some time and catch up on stuff.  Tonight we're going to dinner with family, then will be heading over to the in-laws to watch Wall-e.  I'm hoping for a fairly low key weekend, though I do have errands and some stuff that must be done.  Hopefully I'll be able to work in sleeping in a bit tomorrow.  I've been so tired lately, and I'm looking forward to not having to be up at 5am.

so if you are sleeping in tomorrow does that mean we are not walking at town lake ?

I completely forgot about walking tomorrow morning.  Hmmmm, I would really like to sleep in.  Can we take a vote?  Who will really get up and be at Towne Lake at 6am? 

Option B could be going for a power walk in one of the malls later in the day.  What do you think?

I vote later in the day.  Only problem is, I'm booked allllll day.  But I really really really need the sleep.  I promise I will get lots of excercise at the SPCA doing my volunteer work.  And we will get Mollie and H together another time.

it is going to be hot but sooooooo nice - if you get over heated remember WARM not ice water and CL makes a sf hydration drink - btdt and it ain't fun!!

but today will be fun - b/c I said so!! said in my best little girl voice while stomping my foot

Rach has a recheck on her ears this morning - I have that fun girly yearly visit to the doc - going to REI to pick up some stuff for Tim, I will check for extra straws/mouth peices for our camel back water bottles while there - Jack Carter pool with the neighbor - it has a huge pool plus a big todler/little kid pool Rach can accually plan in and LOTS of life guards to help guard that little daredevil - home for a few than over to a friends for some grilling

dug around on the ft stewert website last night till I think I found our floor plan - prosses of elimination - it's not officer housing, not built in 2006-2008, not one story and doesn't have a garage so that only left ONE 4 bedroom floorplan for housing there for it is MINE

ok I am in a silly mood this morning - should get the kids up but I am going to let them sleep a little longer

have a wonderful day - it's the only today you get today so enjoy it and remember to do what you need to to be healthy b/c healthy and happy is the GOAL

Good Morning All,
Are we ready for Fall, or what?  Sheesh!  It's probably only going to get worse too!  I'm glad it's Friday.  Caroline (middle GD) goes for her 3 yr. checkup and shots today.  She'll be 3 on the 7th of July.  Time goes so fast!  Planning on going blackberry picking early tomorrow morning.  Taking Charlotte (#1 GD, who's almost 5) with me.  It will be lots of fun.  Hopefully the rest of the day will be calm and relaxing.  I need it!  Not used to having all three of them all day!  Makes me feel my age plus some! 
Still thinking of Liz and Bryan.  Prayers going up for you guys.  Hope everyone has a good one.
