We are now home from the hospital, followed all your advised aka sip sip sip and walk walk walk.  appears I was the only one of 5 of dr. kims patients who got to come home.  Pland to send my sweetie off to get a massage for her back is hurting and need her to be better too.

Scars are like tatoos, but with better stories.

WAY TO GO BRYAN!!!

Follow the rules...sip sip sip.  walk walk walk

Pace that house. I am amazed at how well you have done.  Keep up the good work.

Hope Alissa relaxes now.  She has been keyed up for awhile.

Have a quiet evening

I had a great massage, got his stuff from CVS, went to Sprouts next door to Massage Envy and got strawberries for 99 cents-yum for tomorrow. He's sound asleep. I gave him phenegren and lortab-hopefully that will get him settled for a while. He tried laying in the bed and immediately realized that wasn't going to work. So he's on the recliner in the living room. I'll prob sleep on the couch just in case he needs to get up and has trouble.

I AM impressed Bryan.   You must be doing exceptionally well to be home after one day.    WOW that is great.   You will probably have some discomfort for a while.   Sleeping in the bed is not great for a while.   Well...with the drain anyway.    We are SO PROUD OF YOU !!!

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian
