how did you do yesterday? food choices? water? working out?

I did ok on foods and crazy on water - I drank a flippen 2 gallons of CL and water - just could not get unthirsty

plans for today
rest of protien shake
eggs with toast
half a hotdog in hm bread (boys helped bake last night and we are eating left overs LOL)
taco delite
cheese toasty maybe if not another protien shake
grilled something at a friends house - everything will be good b/c good friends always equal good food

no clue on exersize - might take off on a bike ride - mmm now that sounds GOOD
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I did good yesterday, didn't get in any exercise cause I was exhausted and fell asleep.
I did get my water in and protein and vitamins.

Plans for today

(1) protein shake (just had)
vitamins
water
(1) lean pocket for lunch
s- cottage cheese/fruit
d- idk???

exercise gonna play it by ear ma get on treadmill later.

Well I was supposed to restart my plan today ...I have not.  We had a safety meeting and I decided to have McDonald's like every one else.  However, I will make sure that the rest of my day is low carbs, drink my 64 ounces of more of water and I will walk 3-4 miles today to try to make up for my weakness this a.m.

Faith don't make me come kick your butt (said in my most stern but loving voice). You've done such a fantastic job just remember "you know what it tastes like" and someday in the future you can have some again, just not today.  Hang in there honey, you CAN do this!!

Morning ya'll.  My goal this month was to work on portion control and I'm really doing pretty well with that.  Yesterday I ate 2/3 of my omelet (could of eaten it all but stopped), 1/2 of a Firehouse sub for lunch and 1/2 of a burger with 4 french fries for dinner.  Now I know that's too many carbs but the calories and portions were good and my weight is right where I want it so I feel good about it.

Today's plan: I had a small banana for breakfast.  I'm having lunch with Mel at Jason's Deli so will have 1/2 of a club royale (no mayo) and a low fat yogurt cone for dessert.  Dinner is going to be goulash (no garlic bread).

I am pretty much back on track.  Getting all my water and vitamins and eating way less carbs.  Went to Woody's Smokehouse on my way to and from Dallas last week-end so I am enjoying jerky everyday.  It's expensive but if that is a meal several times it works out to less than eating out and leaving most of my food on my plate.  Can't bring it home if it is lunch cause I'm running errands and it would spoil in this heat.  Must start carrying a cooler.

Today

B - had a scrambled egg with cheese
S- skipped just forgot about it
L- buffalo jerky, small salad
S - going to movie so bringing crystal lite with nectar protein and a few cheese nips
D - don't know.   If we eat out ...sushi  if at home  meat pie
S - Buffalo jerky

Not doing so good on exercise.  Will walk the mall after the movie.

Hi Everyone,

I did well yesterday.  I managed to stick to my meal plan, which is good, because I've been struggling this week.  I also woke up extra early and hit the gym before work.  Took my vitamins, went to my support group meeting and did well on the water intake.

Today has been, OK, I guess.  So far, I've managed to stick to my meal plan.  I've taken my vitamins and went to the gym this morning too.  Didn't do to well on the water intake, but I'm still working on it.

It's 8:39pm, and I don't even want to walk towards the kitchen.  Just want to avoid that area of the house and keep my mind on other things.  I've been on Livestrong.com, FitDay.com, check my email, and now posting on OH. 

My mother in law is in town and tomorrow we have plans for a day out by the pool.  I think I'll pack my meals and take them with me.  This will hopefully keep me on the "healthy food" track.  I'm 6 or 7 pounds away from goal.  Seems like these have been the hardest to get rid  off.
