I recommend you talk to someone at your local branch of BoA. They should be able to help you in the short term with things like overdraft protection, refunding fees, etc. You also need to file a police report if these were fraudulent charges.
I know the sick feeling you're experiencing. It happened to me a couple of months ago. Fortunately banks are all too used to dealing with this. It only took a few days to get it all straightened out.

Well, what an interesting scenario. Glad you have your card with you. I've got Yahoo also but I don't text and keep a pretty tight eye on my accounts. What a scary thing to have happened to you!!
Do you know when the charges were made? I'm sure not by whom, because they were using your name. Check your other cards.

WEll - from what Yahoo billing told me - they couldn't find an "invoice" to me for anything. The only thing that I have is a n email account - when is what they told me and I know that..............
The guy that I talked to yesterday stated that where the # was referring to - was that they do billling for online - business advertising........................NOT ME !!

I'm glad to hear that things are getting settled, but I'm not sure if I understand exactly what happened. How did these charges end up on your account? When I first read your post, I immediately thought it was identity theft, but now I'm not so sure. Were these legitimate charges by Yahoo to your account? If so, for what?

NOPE - apparently someone has gotten a hold of my debit card....it got into their "billing" system and the guys that I talked to said that they are a billing company - bill for internet advertising...........
who knows.................the technology out there is really GREAT; but with emore and more people using debit crds instead of an old fashioned check..................debit cards get into "systems" for billing - online buying....etc................makes it really easy for theifs...............
THAT IS WHY I DON'T BAT AN EYE WHEN A MERCHANT DEMANDS ID FOR USE OF A CREDIT CARD.................I KNOW IT TAKES "TIME" ...................BUT THIS IS GREAT WAY TO STOP UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CRDS..............
And the thought of being able to use a credit card or a debit card at restaurants - fast food palces..................no pin# required.............no signature required if under a $$ purchase amount............................NOT GOOD.............................
BUT ALL WILL BE OKAY..............JUST TAKES TIME
