Jumpstart June
Hi Karla & TMB,
My week isn't going as well as I was hoping. I've been really stressed and that really trigger my head/mind hunger. It's really been bad this week. Worse than ever and I've been struggling to stick to my meal plans and to get myself to exercise. -- This morning, the scale was up two pounds.
I've got so much on my mind....
- I'm worried about my job, just took a major pay cut, my babysitter just got a job, I need to find affordable daycare....stuff like that.
Today I'm hoping to stay on track and stick to my meal plan. I've also got plans to go to my support group meeting this evening. I really hope this helps.
I just need to buckle down and do this, after all, I'm 6 pounds away from goal.

Today
Breakfast - Protein drink
snacfk - buffalo jerky
Luncfh - salad with grilled chicken
Snack - protein bar
Dinner - 4oz snapper, green beans
Snack - cheese and 2-3 baked pita chips
My car is ready so I need to head out to bring my puter to Geek Squad. Hope they don't keep it very long.

B-protein shake
s- 1/2 raisin bran and 2% milk for fiber
l- lean pocket
s- cottage cheese and fruit
d- hot dogs without the buns and this is up in the air
I did pull out the treadmill and got on it like I said I was gonna do on yesterday. YIPEEE!!!! for me just gotta stay with it.
