Jumpstart June
Today is the last day I'll be posting until Tuesday. Somebody else take over the reigns.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
1 SB Venti decaf skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte...maybe on ice!
will be on the road, so will try to make good choices for lunch. We'll be at the beach house for dinner...probably chicken salad or roast beef sandwiches.

Yesterday was still a bad day. By today/tomorrow I will be back on my plan. I will drink my 64 ounces of water or more and get my exercise in. Have a good day.

Hanging in there, except for smoking. I fell off the wagon amongst all the stress of the transition to PwC and trying to work 45 hours a week in 4-1/2 days and do all the extra curricular activities required during our "new hire" phase.
I guess it's just not my time yet. Still taking the Chantix and it does seem to help, but there are still those times I just can't say NO! All I can do is try, try and try until it happens.
Feeling kind of bummed today. Just a lot to think about. Not really WLS related but in a way some are related. Hopefully getting together with some of my girlfriends today will help. And I need to get a summer job and get out of this house!!!
Remember, Thursdays almost there!!
I know exacly what you mean. STRESS is a killer. I think getting together w/ you gal pals is a great idea.
I'm going to my Thursday support group meeting, I think getting together w/ some of my WLS friends will help.

Today's plan...
not sure about the rest of the day but so far I've had a protein shake and 20oz of water.
We are headed to Arizona on Saturday... a 21 hour drive and we drive straight through!!! So I'm trying to get my foods together so I can have some healthy choices to snack on. At least it should be easier then when we did this last year as I was only 4 weeks post op and on the mushie stage. The gal at the gym in the cafe thought I was nuts because I bought 7 bags of Stacey's Soy BBQ chips.... wait till she sees me tomorrow buying 7 more!!!! They make a great snack for the car and when at the pool!
