Speaking of potato salad, I still think the BEST PS I have ever eaten (sorry, mom!) is the stuff they sell at Baker's Rib ..

I've been told it is "Jewish PS" .. It seems to be mostly just potatoes and mayo (it's VERY white) with some kind of tasty, almost addictive spice added to it (some have told me they think it is dill weed) ..

Has anyone else ever eaten it there? How do you think they make it?
