docs office called got my B12 back up to 1699 - from the 600s - so a shot a week plus a sub a day:)

How long did it take you to bring it back up?

have been doing once every 2 weeks shot for months - labs were 600s 3 months ago - got good about gettng my shots EVERY week like I am suppose to PLUS a 2500 subliqual EVERYDAY  plus a subliqual b complex  EVERYDAY so about 2 months I guess - IT TOOK ME DOING SOME MORE READING N SCARING MYSELF

Good for you.  The iron shots really help me.  I don't get one every week though.  Do you have to go to your dr. to get them?

Tim is a medic so he has always given to me when he was home - he taught me but I am not good at sticking myself so he showed deb how to give herself hers n she gives me mine too - sara - purple snort - used to give em to me when Tim was not here too - it is "not hard" well it is not hard for me to find a nurse freind or freind to give them to me LOL

I never have had one at the docs office - my surgeon was army, knew Tim was a medic n said  here is the dose I put the script in the computer for u they are  very important
