I just got a bunch of stuff from www.netrition.com and they have $4.95 flat rate shipping for your whole order.  It took 5 working days to get here, so in this heat, you may not want to take so long, but I didn't have a problem with my stuff.  The protien bars did melt and then get solid again.  They seem just fine.  They seemed to have good prices on their stuff.  You can get any kind of protein powder/bar, high-protien snack, low carb food imaginable at this site.
