Lol... ok this is a weird WOW moment but felt the need to share.  I've always thought of myself as a strong swimmer.   I haven't actually been "swimming" since surgery untill last weekend.   I've gotten in the water and waded around and junk but nothing deep.    Welllllllll.   Apparently I no longer float!!!  AT ALL!!!  LMAO omg you should have seen me floundering around untill I got my bearings.  All my life even as a little kid I could just hover in water and float.   Now I actually have to work to keep my head above the water lmao .... was great excersize and I had a wonderful time!   I laughed so hard at my stupid self I almost drowned lmao.       Treading water actually wore me out and I have new respect for all the swimmers out there now that I understand how much work it can be.  lol   Love Ya'll ... Have a great day!!!!

Spritey, this is too funny!  I haven't gotten in water since surgery, I never was one to like to swim but I too remember being able to float so easily.  I may have to see what happens now, lol; I guess all the fat helped me.....you've piqued my interest.

As a scubadive I've wondered about this side effect! How much is it going to effect my weighting? I've always been the one who floats like a cork, can hold both hands and feet out of the wayer and still float! But I've noticed already that my legs have started to sink when I'm floating around in our little pool. My husband is a sinker and I really don't want to be one!
