june jumpstart
I did ok yesterday foodwise - stayed out of the sugar stuff till I baked a batch of cookies from the freezer - did better this morning since the boys ate the rest of them last night LOL but my silly self looked at the pan first thing when I went down to get my shake -
lots of water agian today -

pork lomein
and no idea for dinner - depends on how hot we are -
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
The scale though looked good last night, I took a sneak peek. I didn't weigh this morning, I'm trying to weigh only every 3-4 days right now so I don't get frustrated.

Yesterday was my treat day. I had all the foods that I normally would not have. I did get all of my water in and excercised as well. Today is going to be a treat day too and I will resume my plan tomorrow. Have a great day everyone.

lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...almost done w/ first one
don't know what I'll have for lunch...maybe tuna
chicken something for dinner...hopefully it won't hang up

Going to have coffee with Liz this morning, will be good to see her. Trying to get myself organized as next week we are going to SA for a dance competition Tues, Wed & Thursday. Then, as soon as we get back on Thursday, we are heading out to Yogi Bear for the holiday weekend. I will be making lots of protein bars tomorrow so I can try and keep up the calories.

I was like Dana yesterday, quantity was good, quality was not. Breakfast: protein drink. Lunch: Soft pretzel from Sam's. Snack: handful of cashews. Dinner: one "slider" hamburger and 1/3 cup cheddar cheese fries with bacon/ranch dressing. One strawberry daqueri with the girls.
Plan for today: protein drink now. Lunch: 4 oz ribeye steak, one ear of corn. Dinner: hamburger patty, salad with low fat ranch.
Scale says I'm in the middle of my range so all's good.
