how was yesterday? got good plans for today? share em here


I did ok yesterday foodwise - stayed out of the sugar stuff till I baked a batch of cookies from the freezer - did better this morning since the boys ate the rest of them last night LOL but my silly self looked at the pan first thing when I went down to get my shake -

lots of water agian today -
today food type plan
shake
omlet
ham sandwich
pork lomein
and no idea for dinner - depends on how hot we are -

Food wise I did ok in quantity, quality could of been better.  Being at jury duty I was limited to choices, however, I'm packing one of the boys lunch boxes today and bringing me some ham and cheese rollups.  Having to eat out (Wendy's) was a waste of money.  I still didn't get in enough liquids yesterday, I'm packing several bottles of water too.

The scale though looked good last night, I took a sneak peek.  I didn't weigh this morning, I'm trying to weigh only every 3-4 days right now so I don't get frustrated.

Yesterday was my treat day.  I had all the foods that I normally would not have.  I did get all of my water in and excercised as well.  Today is going to be a treat day too and I will resume my plan tomorrow.  Have a great day everyone.

Did okay eating yesterday.  I had too many carbs.  The chicken in my chicken fried rice hung up, so didn't eat much dinner.  I seem to have the most problems w/ chicken getting stuck.  Beef is okay.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...almost done w/ first one
don't know what I'll have for lunch...maybe tuna
chicken something for dinner...hopefully it won't hang up

Spicy crackers are evil and addictive!

Vits in, walk with weights in, protein going in now and posting. 

Going to have coffee with Liz this morning, will be good to see her.  Trying to get myself organized as next week we are going to SA for a dance competition Tues, Wed & Thursday.   Then, as soon as we get back on Thursday, we are heading out to Yogi Bear for the holiday weekend.  I will be making lots of protein bars tomorrow so I can try and keep up the calories.

Did ok yesterday stayed between 1200- 1400 calories. Just gotta start an exercise program.
 
Lot of water
protein shake
cottage cheese and fruit for snack
chili- for lunch
who know whats for dinner????

Eating is so much better now that they have change dmy acid reducer to kapidex and my gastritis is healing!! But of course I need to make better choices!! I am NPO till I get my 2nd surgiversary labs done this morning but have my cooler packed w/protein drinks and h2o!! Have a great day everyone!!

Yesterday was much better for me compared to Monday, but I had way too may carbs.  I guess I need to cut back on my fruit intake.

Today's Plan:
- Go Exercise
- Take my vitamins
- Lots of Water
- B'fast - Egg, Turkey & Cheese
- Lunch - Egg, Turkey, Cheese & Strawberries
- Snack - Egg Turkey, Cheese & Blackberries
- Dinner - Fish & ????

I was like Dana yesterday, quantity was good, quality was not.  Breakfast: protein drink.  Lunch: Soft pretzel from Sam's.  Snack: handful of cashews.  Dinner: one "slider" hamburger and 1/3 cup cheddar cheese fries with bacon/ranch dressing.  One strawberry daqueri with the girls.

Plan for today: protein drink now.  Lunch: 4 oz ribeye steak, one ear of corn.  Dinner: hamburger patty, salad with low fat ranch.

Scale says I'm in the middle of my range so all's good.
