Liquid Preop Diet Starts Today

 My shift at work is about to end... so I'll be going to bed at lovely 5am.. BUT..
The Liquid Diet starts today! Woohoo! TWo weeks of liquidy goodness...

Things suddenly became real... like, really, real. Like uber, duper, OMG, real. 

I'm really excited... like yesterday and the day before.. I was mourning food a bit... but now, I've got my bullets and my broth and my jello and my popsicles and my shakes and blackberries/raspberries for smoothies all ready to go...

Vitamixer is cleaned out... and sitting in the middle of the counter top begging to be used...

The new life and journey begins.. I'm soo uber excited.

Don't forget, we are here for you.

Hang in there Brandi, we are behind you the liquid diet will be a distant memory soon and you'll be rocking your WLS....BTW I'm uncertain on what surgery you decided on, is it RNY or Sleeve?

Thank you guys for your kind words :) Absolutely cannot sleep... It's just so real... :) May go take a huge bath.... or start cleaning for my mom and dad coming to visit  for the surgery...
