My woo hoo is I go  home in one hour and 20 minutes.  Been working all night in a noise box.  The a/c went out, so we have portable units every 20 feet or so.  On a customer service floor.  Such a racket.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Man-that would drive me crazy! I don't like noise like that-can't focus. Hope you get some rest today!

It'll probably be tough to rest without the noise, since I have been with it all night.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

I think my first woo hoo that I really noticed was when that box on the bathroom floor had a number that started with 2 instead of 3.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Well, good morning everyone.

Ok, here's the rub with the meeting yesterday.  When I had my three back surgeries, I gained tons of weight.  We all know that.  When I got my work restrictions done more than 5 years ago, I was morbidly obese and COULDN'T do the work.  Everything hurt so I had strong restrictions.  Now that I've lost the weight, I can do more.  Much more!!  But I haven't been to the doctor to get my restrictions lightened, because 1) he moved out of town and didn't inform his patients or me at least,  2) there has been no need to because I was in temporary jobs that worked within my restrictions   and 3) just didn't feel it was necessary.  Well now it's become necessary.  They are telling me that there is NO work in the plant that I can do because of these work restrictions.  I have an appt to go see the doctor to get my restrictions lightened to see if that will work for them, plus I just need a new doctor of record because of #1 above.  They will do another search within the plant.  If they still don't find work for me, they will search within a 50 mile radius to see if there is work available.  If not, I will be put on Administrative Leave and asked to go home and the Department of Labor can start paying my wages.  There you are!  Welcome to the government!

Other than that, I'm waiting for the weekend so I can oversleep!  What was that song that talks about Working for the Weekend?  Who sang that?  That's the one I'm looking for because, essentially, that's what I'm doing!

I hope you have a great day today!  I know I'm going to work towards it!  Love you!!
