OT checking in/thank you!!
It's a virus/spyware thing. Jon did a little troubleshooting on it for her, but couldn't get it fixed remotely...just need her to bring it up.

Hey lady, glad you are on the road to getting better. You need to get better and get a darn job up HERE!! Sorry, wanna be selfish and get you up here. Houston is too far away (and too humid for my tastes).
BTW- As far a the g thing goes, how do you feel about lime green? We ended up with a lime green keyboard/mouse combo that needs a home. Want to adopt it?? If so let me know when you'll be here next and it's yours!

REALLY? I never once thought people would think you weren't on the up and up. I know you are. Guess that's why it never crossed my mind.
Hope you are feeling well enough to travel up here, but don't overdue it. I don't want you to get even more sick! In case you didn't know, our family is kind of fond of you!

try going in the device manager (Right-click 'My computer", Proprieties,go on the Hardware tab and choose "Device Manager") and check if it's a software problem:
1.1. Find "Keyboards" in Device manager if not present, do step 0.
1.2. If there is a "keyboards" and it shows your keyboard model (ex: "Standard 101/102-Key or Natural PS/2 Keyboard") try right clicking and "Uninstal" it's driver, then reebooting.
1.3. Wait for Windows® to install the new hardware (Keyboard), or -if your keyboard came with a CD or diskette instal from there. Reeboot again to be sure.
