I did ok but not great this weekend - payed for sat nights "nibbles" of birthday cake last night - hopefully I can REMEMBER them
shake and first batch of vits in already
pancakes and eggs for breakfast
oven fried steak sandwich
cottage cheese and something for snack
meatloaf for dinner
another shake tonight
that is the plan - not dressed yet but will wear something I can work out in and hit the gym after class

I did excellent this weekend. My goal is to get as close as I can to a gallon of water today along with watching my sodium intake and the carbs.

I did okay yesterday. Had 4 donut holes in SS, then chips at Mexican restaurant. I had 1.5 lemon bars last night and some mashed potatoes, and a small piece of cornbread with my bbq chicken.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
leftover shrimp quesadilla for lunch
not sure for dinner, maybe homemade pizza

I will be 11 months out this thursday and I just can't describe how I feel about this journey and this wonderful gift. I can't even put int into words the feelings I have about how wonderful I feel now that I am a thin person. I have waited my whole life for this. In the next month, I need to sit down and really write about this. It's like I want to shout it to every fat person out there that there is a solution, that it is not bad to take the help that is out there to finally fix the problem. That is enough for today.

I thought I did well this weekend, but my scale doesn't agree. I'm up a 1/2 a pound and I'm not happy about it.
My plans so far:
- Lot's of Water all day
- Take my Vitamins
- Exercise
- B'fast - Turkey, Cream cheese, & Egg White
I've got a question...
I get enough protein daily from my food intake. Why do you guys do protein shakes? Are you not getting enough protein from your daily food intake? Should I be doing shakes too? Do they keep you from snacking?
