Good Morning TMB!!

Not alot going on in my house this week.  Kids are with the grandparents.  Hubby is on a business trip all week.  It's just me and the furbabies.  Will be nice and quiet this week.  Am working on getting the house spotless today so I can spend the rest of the week relaxing.  Planning lots of computer time and reading.  Bought 3 new books this weekend.  Finished one already so have the other 2 remaining to read.  Plus, borrowed The Shack from a friend.  Plan to read that soon too.  May get in some beach time if the weather stays nice.  Don't like going out there when it's too hot.  If the sand is too hot to walk on barefoot, it's too hot to be out there in my book!!

LOL Stephanie!!!  It does get hot here, just not AS hot as TX.  It's supposed to be in the low to mid 90s later this week.  When it is, the nice white sand at the beach is scorching hot to bare feet...and I like to walk barefoot in the sand...  :) 

BTW, all my neighbors think I'm outta my mind.  It's in the 80s with a really nice breeze.  My windows are open as I'm enjoying the beautiful weather.  They all have their houses closed up with the AC on and are complaining really loud about "how hot it is outside."  Oh PUHLEEZE!!!  Of course, they laugh at me during the winter.  I'm sorry, if it's below 50 it's friggin cold!!! And, when it stays in the 20s (night)/30s (daytime) for days on end, it's outrageously cold!!

Hi Y'all,
I'm back from Hot Springs and home to no A/C!!!!  Not in this weather!  AC man is here now.  It's at least 85 in here even with ceiling fans going and windows open.  Hope it's fixed soon or I'll have to take girls over to their house. 
Had a great time with all my family (immediate) in H.S.  Lots of pool time and some site seeing.  Been trying to catch up with what's been going on on the board while I've been gone.

Good Morning Train!

I'm up and at 'em as usual this morning, just not doing the early morning thing until this latest CPS case is resolved.... The hearing on Thursday was reset until sometime in late July, so nothing has changed... basically I'm living with my son and his GF to keep CPS from taking MS Violet away.... The original case to take their sons has a clause that says they can't be alone with anyone under 16 unsupervised.... so I'm supervising.... ugh... I just want to go home, but I can't so I'm hanging in there..... sometimes it's by the skin of my teeth....

Prayers are going up for all that need them!
