it's Sunday...what does that mean???
* get down the vits n the little old lady pill boxes - FILL THEM ALL - good time to evaluate how I did last week on taking vits
*look at foods for the week - make some kind of menu -look at the calender- what do I need to prep for the week so I can have EASY HEALTHY FOODS TO EAT
*check protien powder - look at the calender, how many shakes will I need in baggies to go FILL THE BAGGIES - decide if I need to buy more
*gym clothes n plans to wear them - are they clean, handy, ready to grab n go - do I have work outs on the calender
ok that is what I need to do for me to have a good start at a healthy week - how about you? are you ready to have a great week? do u see a pattern here - plan, check calender adjust plan prep work done so my health will be taken care of this week

DANNI-you'll be so proud of me-I actually already did most of things earlier today. I go back to work tonight, and hope to score 4 twelve hour shifts this week, so I got enough protein bars for one a shift (plus I carry a small, protein meal and a shake), 4 cans SF Red Bull..all the essentials...lol....Ordered Unjury powder this morning, cuz was running low....uniforms are washed...only thing lacking is that EXERCISE thing, but my WRITTEN GOALS say 30 minutes (minimum) of SOMETHING 6 days a week, and I have to stay true to that...have plenty of clothes for that...need to sack up some vitamins-the "snack size" ziplock baggies work best for me-I can space everything out, but know I'm not "done" till the baggie is empty!

We Can Do Hard Things
I have chicken and pork tenderloin cooked. Ran to HEB and got veggies and fruit! Ewwwwa. i am going to have celery and carrots to munch on.
Water bottles filled and vitamins will be filled soon.
tomorrow I start with my Wii Active. - I hope

I would love to be packed for the whole week and just keep it there. but not with eating more fresh fruit and veggies.. Just have to bring it home and reload.
I also have 8 16.9oz propel bottles that I was and reuse over and over. Every evening they come home in their little tote bag and I wash them and refill with our Brita pitcher. It's a pain, but much cheaper than wasting the bottles and buying new every day.

Just loaded up grandma pill containers w/ meds, vits, and supplements for the week and trip.
I have my bathing suits ready to pack. I think jumping up and down on the waves counts as exercise. The kids are going to take surf lessons. Maybe I should pay my $45 and take with them. Ben would freak and say "NO", but I may decide to. Nothing like a 49 year old surfing mom! Swimming was always my sport of choice when younger. I was a Water Safety Instructor and trained lifeguards and taught 12 years of swimming lessons to make money in HS, college, and after I started teaching.
