Jumpstart June
I know I had tooooooooo many carbs yesterday. Ben ate my lunch I was going to have before I got to it...I ended up having a cup of TX Trash, but it sure was good...it did have pecans for protein and goldfish...does that count? Ben cooked supper and made fried pork chops and mashed potatoes. Not the healthiest choice, either.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
NO TRASH...taped the big tin shut so we can't get in it until vacation!
Mexican food I guess for lunch...going out w/ family after church
BBQ chicken for dinner
What's your plan?
Do ya'll like July Journey? I think it's my favorite.

Moroning Karla. Well I already started off on a bad note. My EMT student brought fresh HOT donuts so of course I ate one. Brought an ear of corn and 1/2 grilledchicken breast for lunch so at least that mel will be good. Not sure what Mr Clay's decided to do for dinner since it's his special day.
July Journey sounds great to me. Again, thanks for doing this everyday.

July Journey sounds great.
My Jumpstart June has been been literally a jump right up the scale.
I did have some goodies yesterday that I hadn't including a few Heinekins and some chocolate chip cookies. the trash mix was just too salty.
As my sunday always is - I will rework what I plan to eat for the week. I must behave and get a handle on this scale.. I will not allow myself to gain this back and htis morning I am 8 pounds up from my lowest.
Think I will bake some chicken, do some tuna, also try to keep the calories down. This is still hard work 2 years out. Think it's even harder.
I'm with Paige.. thinking about eating and planning food all the time is frustrating .
three weeks to be in a swimsuit with my peeps.. better make sure it still fits!

Good Morning Karla & TMB!
I did it! I weigh 198.8 this a.m.
I feel like all of the sacrifices that I have made since Thursday paid off! I just came back from my morning walk. My plan for today is to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water. Keep my salt intake low and keep smiling! I like July Journey too. Happy Father's Day to all and to the Mother's that pull double duty (both mom & dad)...you're doing an excellent job.
B-coffee? I am not hungry but I may fix some scrambled eggs.
L-salad
D-okra & tomatoes
