This is really a pretty funny thing that happened to me on wednesday....I forgot to post it so I thought that I would today.    I have lost a little weight lately ( about 9 lbs ) anyway I put on a pair of shorts the other day ( zip and button ) had a belt on too.    I was walking through my house with these shorts on and they fell off my body and hit the floor !!!   LOL   Thank GOD no one was in the room but me and my dogs at the time.   I would have DIED if my teenage son would have seen this.    LOL   Not to mention....he would have probably be shocked too.    I went and put a different pair on.   That is my WOW moment.

Oh Vivian, I had something similar to that happen to me a few months ago while I was at Walmart.... luckily I caught them before they hit the floor!

Last night I attended a support group meeting and a things were wrapping up a few of us stayed behind a chatted for awhile.  While we were talking I noticed (don't ask me why I noticed at that moment because I don't know) but I have collar bones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Never felt those before or at least noticed them before.... so that's my woo hoo!

 Hi Paige,

Isn't it amazing discovering those collar bones???   I never saw mine till I lost my weight.   LOL   Glad you caught your pants before they hit the floor.  LOL  That could  have been very embarrassing !!!

I have had a similar moment, but luckily I was told by my friend who had the surgery to check your pants/shorts/skirts, etc before walking out of the closet.  So now I put them on and then place my hands in my pockets or on my hips if no pockets and tug a lil bit if they fall I don't wear that..:-)

My Wow moment- last weekend I wore a tankini in the Fiesta TX 6 Flags water park w/out a cover up on.  My 16 yr old niece, her friend and my husband had to convince me that it looked good.  That is a first for me in years and years.  Then the other day I realized that I am 1 pound away from onderland and 11 pounds away from loosing 100 pounds!! WOO HOO..

 Congratulations Chrissy,

I would probably never wear a swim suit to a water park.   First off....my lilly white skin would probably blind everyone.   LOL  Then the flapping of my inner thighs would scare people to death.   LOL   Congratuations on being so close to onederland !!!  Maybe tomorrow you will hit that century !!!!

My WOO HOO is the look of SHOCK on the faces of my in-laws when they saw me last week for the first time since I had surgery.  It was PRICELESS !!!  They were so happy for me.  My father-in-law kept calling me his "skinny daughter-in-law" and my brother-in-law said I looked like a whole different person.

Vivian, that's hilarious...they even fell with a belt on?!?!  I cut my thumb this week trying to add a hole to my belt at work, which I'm sure is preferable to the pant****ting the floor....
My Wow moment is today...I'm wearing a new pair of Levi Curvy jeans, size 14.  I'm feeling pretty curvy in them, if I may say so, and it feels pretty darn good!

My "WOW" moments for today are that I am back in the "normal" BMI range...hurray!!  I also have just ordered a bunch of clothes from Land's End in size 4...another great moment.  I am only 2 lbs. off from my all time low so for being on this journey for over 4 years I am pretty excited that there still are "Vow's" to be had!

It is truly amazing that I've actually lost weight because on 5/12 I had two surgeries on my left leg and have been on crutches since then.  Talk about an exhausting life style...My right thigh is now made of muscles of steel!  The left one?  Not so much!  Mush!  I've lost weight, I think, because no one in a family of 5 apparently seems to need a home cooked meal and the kids (15-23) are gone most of the time so my meals consist of whatever I can put into a plastic baggie and transport in my hand...lol.  It's exhausting, it really is but only 4-5 more weeks and when I put it into perspective, it's nothing...it's fixable, it's not life threatening and I've learned that I do alot more in the house than I've ever been given credit for!  lol.  I do believe that my family are direct descendants of swine!
