Jumpstart June

It's hard to believe there's only 11 more days left in June.  Guess we better start thinking of July names.  What's it gonna be?

Yesterday was okay.  I ate some French bread and olive oil and a piece of tilapia instead of cooking supper last night.  The fish was a good choice, the  bread not so much!

Today's plan:
exercise working in the yard...way better than sitting at my desk from 7 am to 5 pm.
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...working on one right now
haven't planned food yet...need to do that and make some chicken salad or tuna or something to eat for lunches the next few days

Good morning Karla.... Happy first day of summer vacation!!!!!!!!

Other then going to the gym and taking care of some identity theft stuff I'm not sure what my plans are for today.... let alone what I will eat!!!

I'm really bored with food right now and NOTHING sounds good.  Need to spend some time looking at for new recipes I guess.

Hi Karla,  

I believe I am losing my mind.  The scale went up again by .2 pounds (202.8).  So starting today, I am limiting my salt intake as well as drinking huge amounts of water daily and keeping my carbs low for the next three days.  By comining these three, I quite possibly can lose 5 pounds this way.  I should be able to flush the excess water out of my system.  I really want to weigh 199 by Tuesday a.m.

Vits in, walk in, protein going in now and posting.  Got a busy weekend with a dance recital and fathers day.  Also, going to the pool today.

Travel day to day so flying by the seat of my pants (no pun intended).  I'll chunk protein bars and almonds in my purse and hope for the best.

Vitamins and first 16oz of water down for the day.

Hoping the scale is nice to me in the morning.  I really miss having it with me, but the Saturday morning surprise has been pleasant - most weeks anyway!

Good Morning Everyone,

I have a cold, so I'm "off" today.  (Off from work & the gym)  Need to recoperate from this, plus I don't want to get anybody else sick.

I still have a task list to get through here at home. 

Today's Plan:
 - Change Tire on Car = DONE
 - Groceries = DONE
 - Fill Up = DONE
 - Get a Geroge Foreman Grill
 - Replenish my Vitamin supplies = DONE
 - Take a nap
