Thanks Kateri, nothing special today but I am indulging today; birthdays only come 1 time a year I deserve to eat what I want. The one good thing is lately my intake has been very little, pouch just doesn't allow much to enter it. No pain just very little "room" to consume much, not sure why but it's better for sure than wanting to eat constantly.
