Hey Chick!! Dr. Barker is GREAT!!!

I just had surgery exactly 1 month ago today, and let me tell you, everything will be fine!!! You did your research before you had surgery. You know all the in's and out's, and up's and down's... I did have a case of the 'what have I done' so they say and it was at about 3 weeks out... I just was getting sick with everything I tried, etc... everyone just tells me not to give up!! And today I'm looking back and can't believe that I've lost 35 lbs in a freakin' month, and I am feeling so much better... more healthy... everyone is different, but I can't even have my chicken or beef yet... I know I will get there one day. I get paranoid sometimes, that something could still go wrong, but if I'm following dr.'s orders, everything is fine!! Make sure you are taking your vitamins and getting all tha tprotein EVERYDAY!!! I know it's hard... it was super hard for me, but once I found protein that I could handle, I have made sure to get 66 grams everyday!!! I do the 6 meals every 2 hours, and it really works... I always feel full and NEVER feel hungry!!!!

You will be fine. You did this for yourself, and your family!!!! If something happens it's all in God's hands girl, you know He is here to help you through this!!!

I'm praying for you right now in the Name of Jesus that he will calm your fears.  The mentions fear 365.  God said he didn't give you a spirit of fear.  Things do happen everyone is different.  Know that if God brings you to it, he'll bring you through it.  This will be your testimony for someone else.  If a person asked my first month out I would have said heck no I wouldn't do it again.  I was too sick but now I feel great and am adjusting fine.  Knock on wood nothing major happened to me and neither will it happen to you.  Now give God the praise in advance for keeping you close to his heart and guiding you on another journey.

Hey you and I had surgery the very same day...I agree with the others as long as we stay on program we will be fine.  IT is hard when everyine else is out to dinner and my family loves to go out to dinner and there is nothing for you to eat.  It will get better and all of the people that I have talked to that are having trouble there is something that they are doing that I know they aren't supposed to be doing.  Keep on trucking and eveything will be fine!

Don't deprive yourself of time with the family.  Find alternatives to eat on the menu once you can eat solid food.  A bowl of beans.  Order meat loaf a la carte.  Or order it and get the to go box immediately.  Also, carry the baby spoons with you in your purse.  It helps you to eat slow.  You have any questions, feel free to PM me.  I am up all night surfing the net since I work the overnight shift.  Feel free to check in on the NIGHT WATCHMAN.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
