Wednesday WLS Express!!
Good morning Texas Train Riders!
My WOOHOO for today is that my brother, Charlie, is having lap band surgery today in Denton. He is the first one of my siblings to follow me in weight loss surgery. I'm hoping the other 3 will soon follow suit.
I woke up with a grouchy pouch and a headache this morning. Yogurt and fruit for breakfast is rumbling around and not happy. Only 8 more minutes until I can have my coffee. Coffee makes everything better.
I got my new linen cabinet organized yesterday. I love that kind of simple, measurable accomplishment. It makes me feel organized. On the agenda for today is dusting my living room and dining room. I HATE DUSTING. Then I need to get the guest room cleaned and ready. My sister and her husband are coming in tomorrow for a couple of days.
I just say an ad for a new show on Oxygen - "Dance Your A** Off." It looks like fun - all about dancing to help with weight loss.

Terry....my WOO HOOO is this AM I emptied the POD in my driveway from my flood !!!! My floors are in my house and I have lost a little weight to boot !!!! So this is definately a WOO HOO wednesday for me.
