But I guess it comes as no surprise. My law partner's sweet 20 y.o. daughter was road-raged by a teenage girl while driving through Rowlett earlier this week.

According to the article I posted the link to (as well as on the local news here), Dallas is ranked SECOND, only behind NYC.
