How is your June Jumpstarting?

We had breakfast casserole at work that was protein rich yesterday.  I had 2 small pieces.  They had biscuits and sausage gravy, but I skipped it.  I had 1 ****tail sausage w/ bacon wrapped around it.  For lunch I had 1 c taco casserole.  Dinner was 3/4 of a chicken cordon bleu and a few bites of trail mix, then a little baked Chester's cheese puffs and 1 mini banana muffin.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
Breakfast casserole at work
leftover mexican casserole for lunch
steak for dinner

What's your plan for today?

Karla

Good Morning Karla & TMB!

I am back to where I was at the end of May...actually a little under.  I weighed in at 201 yesterday and 201.6 today.  Sometimes the scale is my friend and sometimes it is not.  Today is the last day that I can have caffeine because two weeks from tomorrow I am having surgery and one of the requirements is no caffeine for two weeks prior.  So I will enjoy my last cup of caffeinated coffee today.  I will be going to the store today to purchase decaffeinated coffee and caffeine free diet sodas just to get me through the next couple of weeks.

Today's plan:
Coffee
Omelette
Grilled pork chop/chicken

I guess I could just copy and paste from yesterday.  At least I am seeing some downward spiral from my high on Monday.  I did add some ground turkey to my spaghetti, zucchini, mushroom stuff... that helped fill out the meal.

Adding more water to my work day and it seems to help.

Vits in, walk in, protein going in now and posting.

Now just trying to figure out what I want to do with my life.  I was trying to get a job where my husband works but that has failed as they have a policy of no family members.  And I really don't want to get back on that bus in the fall.  I guess I need to find myself this summer!!!

Have a wonderful HUMP day!!!

Okay - I feel good about what I've been doing................doing much much better thanks to everyone's support on here.......just being able to come here and see others struggling too and see what they are doing - helps me so much to remind me of "Where I've come from" and where I don't want to go back too !!!

Yesterday:
I probably overdid it on fat and carbs (bread) - but I did much much better......I got in over 100 oz of fluids...yesterday......
NO JUNK FOOD NOW FOR 3 DAYS.
I turned down the chance for some ice cream that a vendor brought it -  and the thought of the 10 lb gain - has really had me down for days and days..........and SO I DENIED IT.........CUZ I just got back on track last Wed and I don't want to ruin it.

Started excercising every evening.............doing about 2 miles on the bike (if I'm reading it right) - doesn't seem that far -  takes me about 10 min.............not bad............but not sure on the accuracy - but I feel good cuz at least I'm doing that !!

Todays Plan:

2 Protein shakes (maybe one for dinner - between jobs............

lots of green tea / fluids...........  100oz  +

Lunch:  Not sure yet.....  possibly going to a restaruant and having a veggie and some goulaush - my wednesday thing.............I usually eat around most of the noodles...however they are really cooked well and dont' seem to bother me...........

Dinner:  Not sure yet.........I know - this is not good.............but I just didn't come prepared today

(((huggss))) to everyone...................REMEMBER YOUR VITS AND WATER..........

HAVE A GREAT DAY !!

Since I've already blown the day with a big old honking piece of chocolate cake (someone's 30th anniversary at this company) - my one and only goal for today:

GET THROUGH THIS DAY WITHOUT KILLING THIS OBNOXIOUS WOMAN SITTING NEXT TO ME WITH HER NON STOP RAMBLING AND BABBLING TO INANIMATE OBJECTS!

Xanax take me awwwwwaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy!

I finally broke down and jumped on the scale today.  I'm up 2 lbs so it's not as bad as I thought but enough to make me push to get it off.

Breakfast: western bagel/blackberry jam

Lunch:  roast/salad with LF ranch

Dinner: Steak/fresh fruit.

It's the snacks that are killing me.  I need to go make some protein drinks to freeze-haven't had one in a week.
