Support Groups

 Hi All,
This is my first post here. I had an RNY done at Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton by Dr Castro on May 7th. The support group he has info on is in Dallas at 6pm and I can't make that. I was wondering if anyone knew of a group that meets closer to Carrollton.

there is a decent sized group that meets in plano, allen, frisco and mckinney - lots of RNYers  - next meeting is a walk on sat morning in McKinney, then the following sat at Ikea 9:30 am. 3rd monday at the allen outlet mall 6:30 till whenever - normally 8:30 or so

if you are willing to head this direction you can find lots of support - there is also a group in ft worth that is meeting this sat for breakfast - a little bit of a drive but we love going to see them

 that sounds great danni. i found the groups after i posted this. if i join the group will it show me times and addresses of the meetings? 

this is horrible I have NO idea but we normally post the addresses and times etc on here unless it is a potluck at someones home -

sat we are walking at town center at 6 am it is right off 75 and beautful - I am sure Debbi (our organized leader) will post more info
