OT - black berry issues - help

ok yesterday my bb decided I no longer needed to recieve email or face book on it - any ideas? I am hoping someone will know if not I will try to get to the sprint store in the next few days

Danni -  I had this problem a few weeks ago.  I turned it off, removed the battery and let it restart.  You know just like a computer - REBOOT is the answer to everything! LOL

will give it a try - ok next stupid question - the power botton on the screen turns it off - what turns it back on - I know I am bad -tim upped the memory, the lady at the sprint store turned it on and programed it to start with  I litterally have not turned it off in over a moonth

I don't know what model you have (or if they all work the same) but the end call button is how my turns on.
