About the only thing I would think is RNY/band-friendly there is the sugar-free limeaids, which are GREAT, esp. on a hot day ..

(of course, you might want to stir the carbonation out of it as much as possible, before drinking, sans straw

) ..

I had the DS....so I normally just get a large diet dr pepper or the diet cherry limeaide, fries and a jr. burger.

although if I had a choice, I'd go for chic fillet..mmmmm their nuggets with their dipping sauce is laced with crack or something...lol.

SF Cherry limeade,,, I didn't know that we could do those.. The limeades were a weakness of mine before surgery so I have stayed away from them.. The tea is good, flavored or not also.

The Cherry stuff is SF but the Limeade is NOT - I found that out the hardway last week!

I love the SF Cherry Lemonade - it's awesome! I get it with LOTS of ice

Phyllis go to their website and everything on their menu is listed in PDF format. It tells you exactly how much sugar, calories, etc per size that you want. The ONLY additive that's sugarfree is Diet Cherry.

FYI - my local Sonic manager told me that ALL limeades (diet or otherwise) or made with Sprite or Diet Sprite - carbonation and all. The Minute Maid Lemonade is the only non-carbonated fountain beverage they serve.
